All members, provisional or otherwise, can also refer other members into this list for added insurance. When the referred member eventually signed up, they will not only be below you, but also in your network and you will earn the referrer bonus too. Members in Bold Yellow means that they have already sent payment ($20 or $70). Nevertheless, all paid units will be placed on holding list until the end of the month. In the following month, all paid units will be placed together into the main program whereby units with smaller numbers will be above units with larger numbers regardless of who pays first.
