A professional life insurance executive with a leading company in Singapore for 8 years, Roger achieved various awards from Rookie of the Year in 1990 to Top Agent companywide before leaving the insurance industry to represent Singapore as a Military Observer in the United Nations Iraq-Kuwait Observation Mission from 1998 to 1999.

It was in 1999 that Roger participated successfully in network marketing. In the year 2000, he was commissioned to write a  "Quick Start Guide" to Network Marketing for an Internet Network Marketing Company and by the end of that year, Roger was head-hunted by yet another Network Marketing Company to spearhead the company's development in Asia Pacific.

With his vast knowledge and his, although short but successful experience, Roger is well suited for the appointment of Administrator of Everlasting Gold.
